The bacon-obsessed at J&D‘s have one of the most unusual bacon-themed paraphernalia we’ve ever seen for sale. Ladies and gentlemen, behold, the Bacon Coffin, brought to you by J&D Foods founder, Justin Esch and David Lefkow. The casket is made of 18 gauge gasket steel with premium bacon exterior/interior and includes a memorial and record tube, adjustable bed and mattress. As if that isn’t enough, the Bacon Coffin also comes with a bacon-scented air freshener. The USA-made coffins are finished with a painted Bacon and Pork shading and accented with gold stationary and swing bar handles.
This completely absurd and hideous coffin is obviously whoa-worthy, but so is the company’s slogan: “The Bacon Coffin – For Those Who Love Bacon to Death.” Really? Do you think people could really love bacon this much? REALLY? We aren’t so sure. Then again, it is pretty delicious.
